We use UPI and CosmoFeed as payment gateways to collect the fees for our trading courses and financial services. You will automatically get a joining link on your registered phone number whenever you pay through our partner channels. The link will add you to a respective Telegram channel from where you can access the services you have paid for.

If you don’t receive the joining link, please contact our customer support team with the screenshot and details of your payment.

REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds: At Trading Mantra, we strive to deliver value through our services. However, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant a refund. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Options Trading Course: Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided no course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
Cryptocurrency Trading Course: You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase, provided that no course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
Premium Telegram Channel: Refunds are not applicable for subscriptions once the service has commenced.
Account Handling Services: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of initiating the service, provided no trades have been executed.
Portfolio Management Services: Refunds are not available due to the nature of personalized financial planning.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please email us at info@tradingmantra.org with your payment details and the reason for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases: We cannot process refund requests in the following scenarios:

If the course or service has been started, utilised, or fully delivered.
Failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal.
Dissatisfaction due to market performance, as returns are subject to market risks.
